The Bulletin showcases the collaborative efforts of researchers, management, and teaching staff from Osnabrück University and its partner institutions in Costa Rica and beyond.

Its goal is to promote academic dialogue between Germany and Costa Rica; visibility of joint research projects; exchange of methodological and theoretical insights; promote innovative approaches to cooperation management and internationalization.

The Bulletin offers a wide range of content, including scientific essays, case studies, research reports, methodological reflections, summaries of theses and dissertations, and testimonials about stays in Osnabrück and Costa Rica.
